On Saturday, March 22nd, we had the absolute pleasure of being part of Josh and Rachel’s beautiful wedding day, chauffeuring the couple in our classic vermilion red Bentley. This memorable day was made even more special thanks to Chris at Shabang Wedding Service, who brought everything together.
The journey began in New Addington, Croydon, where we picked up the stunning bride, Rachel from her family home. Rachel’s lovely Mother accompanied her in the car. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this was a family of true petrol heads – Rachel’s father, Rob, who arranged the car, couldn’t hide his excitement over the Bentley. It was wonderful to see the car so appreciated by a family with such a passion for beautiful vehicles.
Our destination was the lovely Oakhall Church in Caterham for their heartfelt wedding ceremony. The church provided a warm and welcoming atmosphere, made even better by the kind hospitality we received. A special shout out to the usher at Oakhall, who made us feel right at home with a much appreciated cup of tea – a small gesture that left a big impression.
After the “I do’s,” the newlyweds celebrated with a delightful cake cutting ceremony, surrounded by their loved ones. From there, we had the honour of driving Josh and Rachel to the picturesque St James’ Church in Purley for a stunning photoshoot. The large crowd that had gathered to wave them off to their photoshoot, added to the magic of the moment, making their grand departure in the Bentley all the more unforgettable.
Josh and Rachel opted for our VIP package, which included personalised ribbons, champagne, and extra time for those perfect photographs. It was a joy to witness their excitement and be part of such cherished memories.
Josh and Rachel’s beautiful wedding was truly unforgettable – not just because of the beautiful couple and the iconic car, but because of the warmth and kindness that radiated from everyone involved.
